1. Shipping Policies

    • In stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days unless otherwise discussed.

    • We use USPS ground advantage for domestic shipping. If you would like to upgrade to priority shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss pricing and options.

    • We can absolutely ship internationally - please contact us directly for pricing and options!

    • Once an item ships, delivery times are out of our control. We will email you a link to track your package once it has been fulfilled. Generally, items will arrive within 3-5 business days for domestic destinations and up to 14 days for international, depending on customs. Please keep in mind that holidays and unexpected weather events can cause delays in shipping. If your package is reported lost, please contact us so we can send out a missing mail request. If you have accidentally provided the wrong shipping address or failed to pick up your package and it is returned to us as undeliverable, you will be responsible for the cost to have it re-shipped.

  2. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Warranties

    • Refunds are approved on a case-by-case basis and must meet certain criteria. We will not accept returns or refunds for used items or items that have been damaged due to improper care or storage. All of our products are carefully inspected prior to shipping and we pride ourselves in delivering high quality materials and workmanship. Please inspect your item(s) carefully upon arrival and let us know as soon as possible if a defect or damage is found. Item(s) must then be return-mailed to us in UNUSED condition within 7 business days of receipt of item as shown on the original USPS tracking receipt. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will contact you to let you know if a refund has been issued. All refunds will process onto the original form of payment, for the full original purchase price.

    • Custom and semi-custom items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

    • Stockyard Mohair LLC is not liable for any injury or damage caused by improper use of products. It is each person’s own responsibility to ensure their tack is well-fitting and in good working order before every use. No warranties stated or implied.
